The Girl Age: 17 (11th grade) Favorite Color: Blue Hobbies: Drawing (badly), Taekwondo, attempting to be invisible Fun Fact: She secretly owns a very large collection of Star Wars books which she hides whenever her friends are over. This girl isn't the most outgoing or risk-taking soul you'll ever find. In fact, she's probably near the bottom of the list. She doesn't mind fitting in at school and being part of the crowd--it's what she strives for, really. Not so much of a people person, which makes it surprising that she managed to get hired at a café of all places. However, there's more to her than there seems, including a desire to make the world (or universe, as it may be) a better place and to do the right thing. |

The Manager Age: Unknown Favorite Colors: Black, white and gray Hobbies: Knitting, reading, keeping up with current events Fun Fact: She uses most of her closet space to store yarn. (She's got to do something on those slow days!) Also occasionally known as "ma'am" and "the watcher" among other things, the Manager of the Zen Café is an enigma. She's clever, efficient, and almost always knows what to say, and makes one good cup of coffee. Although she initially seems a bit scary and forbidding, she can be very nice once you get to know her. Which might be actually scarier. |
